About the role
New Season Treatment Centers is a national leader in addiction treatment and recovery services, dedicated to helping individuals overcome Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), counseling, and comprehensive behavioral healthcare. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our counseling team, support clinical excellence, and ensure quality patient care at our Grand Junction location.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to counselors and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF, state, and federal regulations
- Review and approve clinical documentation
- Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit readiness
- Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staff development
- Participate in community outreach and professional relationship-building
- Promote a culture of recovery, compassion, and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Current CAC-III or LAC in Colorado
- 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, or healthcare preferred
- Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP), HIPAA, and clinical best practices
