About the role

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services is seeking a full-time Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to clinically supervise clinicians and students, and provide direct outpatient therapy to community individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient clinicians to ensure compliance with state/county guidelines and organizational standards.
  • Maintain administrative oversight of services delivered, ensuring safe and effective delivery of resiliency services.
  • Utilize evidence-based models to provide direct clinical services.
  • Ensure proper documentation of program participation, record keeping, and adherence to treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Interview, select, orient, and supervise employees or consultants, and recommend termination in collaboration with supervisors, administrators, and People Operations.
  • Serve as a liaison, communicating with staff, individuals, inter-agency teams, school representatives, guardians/families, and other members of the treatment team as necessary.
  • Attend required meetings such as inter-agency meetings, consultations, and county meetings.
  • Oversee at least one evidence-based program and maintain its fidelity.
  • Oversee the evaluation process and staffing of cases.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Service discipline.
  • DBT experience required.
  • Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • 3 years’ behavioral health care experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
