Responsibilities

  • Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinical staff, supporting professional development and clinical growth.
  • Monitor staff compliance with caseload management, documentation quality, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Review and sign off on clinical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee caseload assignments, group scheduling, and chart reviews to ensure adherence to DPH standards.
  • Maintain a modest individual caseload while overseeing broader program caseload management.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director on staffing needs, hiring, and program quality.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related clinical field required.
  • Independent Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC I) required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in substance abuse treatment, including at least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations.
  • Strong clinical supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor, teach, and evaluate staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000-$88,000
