Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the MI Choice program standards and protocols
- Affirm compliance with rules and regulations established by MDCH governing the provision of services
- Analyze program and unit operations
- Perform internal peer quality record reviews in coordination with Quality Assurance
- Provide clinical oversight to department staff
- Provide guidance to department staff in areas of regulations and standards pertaining to service provision
- Adhere to quality assurance policies and plans
- Manage intake, including conducting intake assessments
- Approve and monitor clinical staff time off
- Assist in hiring of program clinical personnel
- Supervise department clinicians
- Monitor and/or assign clinical staff training based on MDCH requirements (orientation and ongoing)
