Family & Children’s Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care: Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with clinical and program directors to ensure quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence-based practice, developing self and employees for success and high performance, and leading quality performance initiatives.

This model is characterized by an innovative, team-based approach and whole-person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges. Utilizing multidisciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery.

• Increased access to care and crisis services
• Expanded traditional community mental health and substance use services
• Added care coordination and physical health screening for mental health clients
• Greater access to social services for clients’ economic and social needs
• Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related specialty
• Licensed with 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Supervisory and program management experience is desirable
• Must possess a valid Driver License, satisfactory driving record, and use a personal automobile to travel to locations other than the primary office (mileage reimbursement provided)

Qualifications

Required Education: Master's or better in Counseling Psychology or Social Work.

Preferred Licenses & Certifications: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC, or Driver’s License.
