Essential Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical leadership, staff coaching, treatment oversight, and quality assurance support for Home & Community services.
  • Ensures services are clinically appropriate, individualized, compliant with MaineCare and program standards, and implemented with fidelity to treatment goals.
  • Supports staff through case consultation, documentation review, treatment planning oversight, clinical coaching, service transitions, and quality monitoring while promoting high-quality, family-centered care and continuity of care across environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, special education, behavioral health, human development, or related field preferred.
  • Seeking Master’s degree in the same or similar related field above.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing services to children, families, behavioral health, developmental disability populations.
  • Knowledge of MaineCare documentation, medical necessity standards, treatment planning, and community-based service delivery preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, special education, behavioral health, human development, or related field preferred.
  • Active Maine Clinical licensure (examples may include LCPC, LCSW or another clinically relevant credential based on regulations).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience providing services to children, families, behavioral health, developmental disability populations.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory, consultation, or clinical coaching experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of MaineCare documentation, medical necessity standards, treatment planning, and community-based service delivery preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

The Clinical Supervisor works Monday through Friday.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually.
