Clinical Supervisor- Home Care

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.
• Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.
• Aid in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.
• Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Associate Level Nursing Degree (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
• RQI within 90 days of hire (Required)
• One of the following licenses is required:
• Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
• OR Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
• OR Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• OR Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)

Experience

• 2 years of home health or infusion experience (Required)
• 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
