Department: Med-Surg / Telemetry
Schedule: Full Time - Days|7a-7p|3-12-hour shifts| rotating weekends and holidays
Facility: Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital | Free parking available
Location: 2222 W. Division St. Chicago, IL
Compensation Range: $36.75 to $55.70 hour

Responsibilities
- Signed on unit operations (Charge Nurse): Assign staff to patients, triage admissions, balance workloads, and lead interdisciplinary rounds.
- Scheduled management, coordinated onboarding, performed chart audits, and assisted with hiring needs.
- Provided frontline leadership: Managed escalations, filled staffing gaps, and ensured continuity of care and operations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.
- NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.
- Professional Certification within 2 years of hire, preferred.
