Clinical Supervisor III

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor III works in partnership with the Clinic Administrator to ensure the successful implementation of NHMG goals, organizes and directs the clinical environment, and coordinates teams to provide quality patient care in physician practices. They supervise 20 or more FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a leader of the healthcare team, establishing an authentic personalized relationship with patients and their support systems.
• Collaborates with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, delegate, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Assists patients in navigating their health journeys using best scientific evidence and compassion.
• Maintains an environment conducive to team members being present with patients and families.
• Manages and provides care according to current policies and procedures.
• Mentors and evaluates team members continuously to monitor appropriate positions and enhance employee and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Four-year / Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience, required.
• Two years of supervisory experience, required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• Excellent human relations skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Completion of Leader Education and training.
