OBGYN South, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH), is seeking a Full-time Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring high-quality care and services. Priority will be given to applicants with prior leadership experience in women's health and Athena EMR experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff at all locations
- Provide orientation and training for staff
- Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests for clinical staff
- Serve as laboratory liaison—point person for follow-up questions and QA
- Report to leadership on equipment repair, service, and contract needs
- Participate in interview and personnel selection processes
- Oversee day-to-day clinic staff flow to ensure optimal clinical operations and patient care
- Coordinate with practice leadership to develop clinical policies and procedures
- Monitor and address QA and follow-up lab needs as laboratory liaison
- Monitor and report supply needs to leadership
- Serve as daily contact point for physicians and staff
Requirements
- Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant certification
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Clinical managerial experience highly preferred
