About the role
The Shift: Monday through Friday day shift working 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff in ancillary areas such as lab & x-ray, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine clinics.
- Manage administrative and clinical functions related to clinic operations.
- Supervise assigned clinical departments.
- Train and develop assigned employees, including making hiring decisions, providing discipline, and conducting staff evaluations.
- Avoid direct clinical duties but assist when needed.
Requirements
- Prior supervisor or manager experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
