Clinical Supervisor Histology

About the role

Valley View is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for their Histology team. The position requires a Day shift Clinical Supervisor to oversee all Anatomic Pathology departments of the lab, specifically Histology and Cytology.

Responsibilities

• Performs departmental Technologist duties as needed
• Oversees the function of the assigned Laboratory section including staff competency and proficiency testing, equipment maintenance and documentation of quality controls

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a one-year accredited histology program
• Certificate in Histology
• ASCP certified, ASMT certified or equivalent required
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Knowledge of instrumentation
• Experience: 2 years current experience

Pay

SALARY RANGE ‎$46.75 to $70.13 /hour Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
