Clinical Supervisor, Gardner
About the role
The Clinical Supervisor position at CSO's outpatient clinic in Gardner provides direct treatment services, participates in the agency management team, and offers clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups in western and central Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians
- Participate in hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary
- Serve as a supervisor for other staff or interns as required
- Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees
- Monitor, educate, and support individuals and their family members regarding medication
- Conduct psycho-social assessments for assigned clients
Requirements
- A Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families
- Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
