Clinical Supervisor

Role Overview Provides supervision of nursing staff in collaboration with the Clinical Manager to ensure quality patient care and efficient unit operations. Responsibilities Collaborate consistently with the Clinical Manager to oversee staff supervision and maintain high standards of care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in hospital inpatient or outpatient settings.Participation in ongoing education to stay current with patient care practices.Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state or multistate licensure upon hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
