Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time Weekends)

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe and optimal patient outcomes.
• Supports the facility’s vision and mission, offering professional leadership, overseeing staff, and promoting patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates service excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in physical assessment, cardiovascular anatomy, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience is a plus.
• Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and required specialty training (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
