About the role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care through competent staff, promoting efficient resource utilization to achieve productivity and financial goals. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across units, while ensuring appropriate staffing and proactively managing patient flow and bed assignments. The role involves inspiring a shared vision, modeling professional standards, and fostering a positive attitude to motivate staff as change leaders. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor supports, mentors, and recognizes team members, holding providers accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care through competent staff.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in nursing.
• Active RN license.
• 3-5 years of hospital experience.
• Relevant certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS.
• Strong communication, clinical competence, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
