Collaborating with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers, they communicate and improve processes across units. The role involves staffing, patient flow, and bed management, fostering a shared vision, and inspiring change. The supervisor models professional standards, provides mentorship, and recognizes staff efforts to motivate and develop team members. They hold providers accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations, participating in evaluations in partnership with the Clinical Manager. Duties align with the organization's Mission, Values, and Service Standards.
