Clinical Supervisor- Crisis Receiving Center

About the role

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the innovative Crisis Receiving Center (CRC), a first-of-its-kind model providing rapid response, short-term stabilization, and coordinated follow-up for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CRC therapists, including weekly 1:1 supervision and coaching
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to determine level of care and coordinate ongoing services
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Support discharge planning and act as liaison with community providers and partner agencies
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and professional development of new clinical staff
• Implement organizational policies and ensure accountability to CARF, ODMH, and other standards
• Assist with departmental budgeting, planning, and program development

Requirements

• Independent licensure in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent) required
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
• Previous supervisory or administrative experience preferred
• Strong crisis-management, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support program outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or equivalent
