Clinical Crisis Supervisor

About the Role

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a 2nd shift Clinical Crisis Supervisor to join CHD's CBHC Mobile Crisis Program. This role involves working in a team environment to provide care to youth and adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use-related crises. Services include crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer supports.

Schedule

2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break daily), Sunday – Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation, and care coordination for adults and children.
• Assign cases and manage workflow on shift.
• Supervise a team of clinicians.
• Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings.
• Maintain client confidentiality, records, and individual human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with LICSW or LMHC License required.
• Licensed clinicians or license-eligible with 3 years of clinical crisis experience.
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
• Approved driving record check.
• Approved criminal background check (CORI).

Pay

Competitive compensation rate of $39.50 per hour.
