About the role

Join New Season Treatment Centers, a national leader in outpatient addiction treatment and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), serving communities for more than 30 years. As our Clinical Supervisor, you'll lead and mentor a team of counselors, ensure high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with clinic leadership to support patients on their recovery journey in the Daytona Beach community.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to counseling staff
• Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, DEA, and state regulations
• Support quality assurance, accreditation, and clinical documentation
• Coach, mentor, and develop counselors to deliver exceptional patient care
• Collaborate with the Program Director and interdisciplinary treatment team
• Monitor patient treatment plans and clinical outcomes
• Foster a positive, patient-focused culture centered on recovery

Requirements

• Current Florida CAP or MCAP certification required (LMHC/LCSW also accepted)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• At least 1 year of experience in substance use disorder (SUD), behavioral health, or addiction treatment
• Knowledge of MAT/OTP services, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
