About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead high-quality clinical services in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Delivering parent training and ensuring clinical excellence
- Maintaining 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborating within a team to promote consistency and support peer development
- Contributing to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- An active BCBA certification
- Experience with autism and developmental needs
- Proficiency with technology
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
