About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead and support a team providing center-based and home-based ABA services in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans
- Mentoring Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Delivering parent training and ensuring high clinical standards
- Maintaining 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborating within a team to promote clinical consistency
- Contributing to training, QA, and curriculum development
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- An active BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Proficiency with technology tools
Preferred Skills
- Spanish language ability
