Clinical Supervisor

About the role

The Outpatient and Community Services Supervisor oversees the operation and functioning of all aspects of the designated programs - Adult BHH and Outpatient/Public School Counseling. The role involves supporting employees in meeting job requirements and professional development goals, ensuring clients receive person-centered, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care, and collaborating with other agency departments to support quality programming and the fiscal health of the programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise and evaluate employees in the BHH Program, in conjunction with the Regional Director.
• Assure that employees maintain current client records and documentation according to Spurwink and licensing standards.
• Monitor productivity expectations of employees and all day-to-day programmatic functions.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience Required: Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited school and Maine state conditional licensure required. LCSW preferred. LCPC, LMSW-cc and LCPC-c will be considered.
• Experience with adult community-based services and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Maintain current licensure and/or certification.

Pay

This position pays $66,500-$70,500 depending on experience.
