Clinical Supervisor

Duties

• Provide direct weekly supervision to Clinical Consultants.
• Aid as needed in Critical Incident and Stress Management (CISM) within required timelines to OCFS child welfare and intake staff and child welfare community providers including but not limited to debriefing, defusing, grief and loss and crisis management supports.
• Attend to the vicarious trauma needs of clinical consultants by building strong team culture, promoting wellness, self-care, ensuring access to monthly vicarious trauma group and other supports as needed.
• Maintain currency on clinical and child welfare national best practices and relevant topics to provide high quality training and consulting to OCFS staff and support the clinical consultants.
• Recruit, hire, orient, and train Clinical Consultation program staff.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience Required: Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school and independently licensure in the state of Maine as an LCSW or LCPC. Must maintain required licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role.
• Experience Requirements: A minimum of (5) years of foster care, child welfare and/or mental health experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay

$66,500 - $68,500 per year

Schedule

Hybrid work model with travel to child protective offices in Maine as needed.
