The Role
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of clinical services, ensuring they align with Spectrum's clinical design and deliverables.
The position requires fostering an environment of customer service and excellence, personalizing services to meet individual client needs, and engaging family members/significant others in the treatment process.
The Clinical Supervisor must ensure clinical and case management staff are highly trained and proficient in delivering services, and collaborate with the Quality Improvement department to maintain consistent quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation and delivery of clinical services
- Ensure services are delivered according to Spectrum's clinical design and standards
- Foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery
- Tailor services to meet individual client needs and engage family members/significant others
- Ensure clinical and case management staff are highly trained and proficient
- Collaborate with the Quality Improvement department to promote consistent quality services
Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, mental health, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work or a closely related field
- LICSW, LMHC, LADC I or a closely related license/certification in addiction or mental health required
- At least one year of supervisory experience in counseling
- At least two years of experience in substance abuse or mental health programs
- Experience with DPH (Department of Public Health) licensing requirements or similar entities preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal, social, and writing skills
- Appropriate independent judgment to resolve problems and handle emergencies
- Able to communicate effectively in written and oral communication, and in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, mental health, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work
- LICSW, LMHC, LADC I or closely related license/certification in the fields of addiction or mental health required
- Minimum of (1) one year supervisory experience in counseling
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a substance abuse or mental health program
- Experience working with DPH (Department of Public Health) licensing requirements or similar licensing entities preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal, social, and writing skills
- Ability to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies

Pay
$84,000-$87,000 annually

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Offering
Up to $5,000 bonus
