Clinical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and distribute patient care resources to optimize clinical results.
• Direct and assist a diverse group of clinical professionals in delivering top-notch care.
• Provide clinical and administrative guidance to staff, physicians, and patients.
• Make critical decisions in partnership with leadership on intricate or sensitive issues.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Facilitate staff growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and sustain strategies aimed at retaining valuable team members.
• Promote and uphold exceptional customer service across all interactions.

Requirements

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of Home Health and Hospice experience required.
• Two years of Home Infusion experience required.
