Clinical Supervisor

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the supervision and professional development of clinical team members within Newport Healthcare’s adolescent program. This position is responsible for supervising master’s level clinicians while providing essential support for their ongoing development, training, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conducting weekly individual and group supervision sessions
• Absessing clinical skills
• Creating individualized development plans
• Observing clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and group activities to provide constructive feedback
• Ensuring clinical compliance and conducting audits
• Facilitating therapy groups
• Maintaining a caseload of clients and/or families

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required, preferably doctorate level, from an accredited or state approved graduate school
• MN Licensure in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work (LMFT, LPCC, LP or LICSW)
• Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents
• Willingness to be trained, supervised and provide services within the framework of Attachment-Based Family Therapy
• Training or experience in trauma-informed treatment preferred
• One-year supervisory experience required

Qualifications

Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $83,000- $107,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual’s pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
