CORE JOB DUTIES
- Collaborates with the Executive Director/or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to enhance and provide education to the staff, clients and family members associated with the residential treatment program
- Maintains clinical records and programming to ensure compliance with Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS standards
- Develops, implements and maintains program curriculum using evidenced based treatment and best practices with approval from the Executive Director/or Regional VP
- Provides specialty services to enhance the treatment experience of clients
- Directly supervises clinical staff and direct reports
Additional Responsibilities
- Trains and assists in the professional development of staff
- Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to discuss procedures, processes and overall effectiveness
- Aids in marketing and community relations efforts
- Conducts specialty groups as outlined by the Executive Director/or Regional VP
Requirements
- LICSW or LMHC licensure required
- A Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a Master's in a counseling-related field from an accredited college or university required
- Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role
