Clinical Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support the clinical teams at our Hamilton and Springfield, OH outpatient offices. The ideal candidate must hold an Ohio license such as LCDCIII, LICDC, LISW, or LPCC.

Responsibilities

• Affirm compliance with CARF and all relevant policies.
• Support surveys, inspections, and funding sources.
• Evaluate clinical needs and develop training accordingly.
• Supervise and facilitate clinical supervision for clinical teammates.
• Insure timely and complete documentation of treatment services.
• Present material in seminars, individual and group counseling.
• Assist professional staff in resolving program and treatment difficulties.
• Plan and supervise individual treatment programs and activities.
• Maintain staff effectiveness and provide supervision and guidance.
• Monitor family treatment programs and provide continuing professional development.
• Assess participant needs through outcome surveys and direct communication.
• Communicate with other leadership teammates and follow up on administrative decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensure and/or certification within the state of Ohio: LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LCSCLICDCIIILICDCLICDC-CSLISW or LISW-S, SLPCPsychologist, psychiatrist, or independent marriage and family therapist.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
