Responsibilities
- Affirms and develops overall clinical services.
- Oversees counseling department staffing.
- Provides in-service training to clinical staff on a regular basis.
- Maintains clinical records for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations.
- Conducts mock inspections.
- Maintains CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care.
- Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
Requirements
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists)
- LSAT (Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment)
- Experience with substance use disorders
- Experience with opioid treatment preferred
- Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred
