About the role
New Season Treatment Centers is a leading national health care service provider specializing in medication-assisted treatment for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules and regulations within the allocated budget for the clinic.
- Inform Colonial Management Group, LP of significant treatment events and make prudent recommendations to address them.
- Conduct quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
- Achieve and maintain three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies.
- Provide reports as requested.
- Supervise clinical staff to ensure patient care standards are met.
- Review, sign, and date all required documentation.
- Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
- Report patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required.
- Maintain awareness of patient activities on center premises.
- Participate in community relations activities as directed.
- Ensure understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
- Comply with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA).
- Obtain or maintain proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
- Prepare for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and other agencies as required.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations, and policies.
- Act in the best interests of the program and company, honoring, supporting, and protecting proprietary data and rights.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and licensure/certification as needed per individual state requirements.
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Understanding of Opioid Addiction and Medication-Assisted Treatment services.
- Knowledge of general counseling practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, HIPAA, and privacy practices.
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google products.
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in substance abuse or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years of management experience.
- One (1) year of experience in substance abuse or related field.
- Masters degree in related field.
- ADC certified or license (LISW, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).
