Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: License/Certification as a BCBA3 - 5 years’ experience as a licensed BCBA2 years of supervisory experience required
Education: Master’s Degree Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other human services field from an accredited university
Responsibilities
- Proven strong clinical knowledge and experience in treatment and documentation to persons with severe and persistent behavioral health or mental health needs
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision that improves measurable quality, care, and compliance outcomes
- Completes and supports staff in completion of necessary clinical assessment
- Provides clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs, to including but not limited to
- Providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs
- Monitoring and review of program processes and review and follow up of incident reports
- Documents all monitoring and supervision, and provides ongoing review with Director
- Provides clinical support and supervision to the BCBAs/BTs
- Aids programs with preparation of routine internal/external audits
- Aids as back up to Director if a program supervisory staff is absent/vacant
- Aids with review and completion of designated program procedures and standard operating process manuals
- Conducts assigned trainings and follow up and with staff
- Maintains a billable caseload
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Capable of prolonged periods of sitting and exert 10lbs of force occasionally.
Capable of exerting up to 20lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs of force frequently.
Skills
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in treatment and documentation to persons with severe and persistent behavioral health or mental health needs
Ability to provide clinical supervision that improves measurable quality, care, and compliance outcomes
