Clinical Supervisor
About the role
Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services provide rapid, intensive in-home support for families and at-risk youth following a crisis. Services include intensive in-home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordination with community supports.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all therapeutic programming, ensuring clinical services meet the needs of individuals and reflect company best practices.
- Participation in treatment planning, reviews, team meetings, and supporting individualized, trauma-informed interventions.
- Ensuring treatment fidelity across specialized programs (e.g., DBT, CSEC, PBIS) and coordinating multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and child-family teams.
- On-call support and providing appropriate clinical coverage at all times while delivering high-quality treatment, support services, clinical best practices, following state regulations, and Devereux's Philosophy of Care.
- Promoting a safe, therapeutic environment, maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies, referral sources, and families.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Associate or Independent license through AZBBHE (required); Independent license with current approved Clinical supervisor through AZBBHE preferred
- Five (5) years of related experience working with adolescents
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- Leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
- Utilization of routine office equipment (copier, computer, printer, fax, etc.)
- Routine light lifting of 10 lbs. or less
- Must be able to travel within Devereux-Arizona (including travel throughout Maricopa/Pima Counties); includes overnight stays when necessary

Salary Range
$83,000 - $91,300
Schedule
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm; on-call hours and evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule required (schedules are subject to change)
Other
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
- Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
