Clinical Supervisor

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership to the Pine Street outpatient clinic in Springfield, MA, supporting high-quality care within an outpatient community behavioral health setting. They work closely with the Program Director to lead, oversee, and guide master’s-level and licensed clinicians, second-year interns, and maintain community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Delivers regular clinical supervision
• Ensures adherence to best practices and funder requirements
• Assists with essential administrative functions: chart reviews, documentation oversight, data reporting, and quality improvement efforts
• Collaborates across disciplines and service lines to ensure coordinated, client-centered care

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral health
• Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (3+ years required for LMHC) or LICSW or LMFT
• Understanding of evidence-based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.)

Pay
