About the role
The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership to the Pine Street outpatient clinic in Springfield, MA, supporting high-quality care within an outpatient community behavioral health setting. They work closely with the Program Director to lead, oversee, and guide master’s-level and licensed clinicians, second-year interns, and maintain community relationships.
Responsibilities
- Delivers regular clinical supervision
- Ensures adherence to best practices and funder requirements
- Assists with essential administrative functions: chart reviews, documentation oversight, data reporting, and quality improvement efforts
- Collaborates across disciplines and service lines to ensure coordinated, client-centered care
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral health
- Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (3+ years required for LMHC) or LICSW or LMFT
- Understanding of evidence-based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.)

- Experience commensurate with pay rate
