Clinical Supervisor
About the role
The Behavioral Health Network, recognized as the 10th Top Places to work in MA by the Boston Globe, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for their new behavioral health clinic in Orange, MA.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct and clinical supervision to program staff.
- Sets Counselor caseloads and provides oversight of said caseloads.
- Oversees group schedule and psycho-educational groups, when necessary.
- Attends and facilitates clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings.
- Performs assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with DPH standards.
- Maintains individual caseload and oversees caseload management for other staff.
- Maintains direct service productivity as established by the Program.
- Maintains clinical licensure and continuing education requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in related field (required).
- Licensed (LMHC, LICSW) (required).
- At least three years of experience in the Human Services field (required).
- At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
- Experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses (required).
- Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations (required).
Pay
$75,000 - $85,000

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in related field (required).
