About the role
This role is responsible for overseeing clinical services within a healthcare facility. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that all clinical practices adhere to established protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patient care quality and providing feedback to staff
- Mentoring and training new staff members
- Overseeing the implementation of new clinical procedures and policies
- Collaborating with other departments to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience in supervisory roles
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
