Clinical Supervisor and Clinic Director
About the Role
Part-time, in-office position for our private practice with potential for full-time, if desired. This role requires a CPCS or ACS certification to provide supervision and involves leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Leading clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Reviewing documentation
- Answering emails pertaining to the practice
- Representing the practice at various events
- Being available for clinicians multiple days per week in person
- Leading group supervision meetings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia
- CPCS or ACS certification
- Required leadership experience in a clinical environment
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clinicians
