About the Role
What if your clinical trial expertise could directly shape how AI understands and navigates the complex world of healthcare research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to help evaluate, refine, and inform AI systems being trained on real-world clinical operations — bringing the kind of nuanced, practical knowledge that only comes from years in the field.
What You'll Do
- Apply your clinical trial expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to study operations, timelines, and regulatory processes
- Assess the accuracy, feasibility, and quality of AI outputs across clinical research scenarios
- Review and provide structured feedback on content covering budget management, vendor coordination, and CRO oversight
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical trial workflows
- Contribute domain-specific insight that helps AI systems better understand the realities of running complex, multi-site studies
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced clinical research professional with a strong background in trial project management
- Skilled at managing timelines, milestones, budgets, and multi-vendor study operations
- Familiar with CRO management, site coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
- Able to articulate complex clinical concepts clearly in writing
- Comfortable working independently without supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Experience with regulatory submissions, risk management, or clinical trial audits
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
- Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
Why Join Us
- Work alongside leading AI research labs on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of clinical science and artificial intelligence
- Fully remote and flexible — contribute on a schedule that works for you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact work
- Gain rare exposure to how advanced AI models are trained using real-world clinical expertise
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
