Job Summary:** ***Coordinates and executes the clinical staff scheduling*** for the Nursing Department while providing clerical support to the Director of Nursing. This role serves as the central point for preparing and distributing staffing schedules, managing employee records, and performing payroll duties*. Additional Responsibilities Include Tracking Performance Evaluations, maintaining departmental keys and manuals, coordinating outside consultations, providing clerical support to House Physicians, and managing office and supply areas.
