What You'll Do
You'll become the trusted technical advisor for prospective customers throughout the sales process.
- Lead customer discovery meetings to understand clinical and technical requirements
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Guide customers through evaluation kit setup and onboarding
- Support technical discussions during the sales process
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and scientific documentation
- Partner with Sales, Clinical Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams on strategic opportunities
- Represent Vivalink at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Gather customer feedback and help shape future product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CRO, Clinical Research
- Experience presenting technical information to customers or healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences
Preferred
- Experience supporting clinical trials
- Experience with wearable technologies
- Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
- Clinical Operations Solution Consulting
- Sales Engineering
- SaaS or cloud-based healthcare platforms
- Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, or Respiratory experience
