About the role
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization that partners with hospitals and healthcare providers to implement innovative clinical communication and workflow solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations of healthcare technology solutions from planning through go-live.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for clinical staff and end users on software and related workflows.
- Assess clinical workflows and recommend best practices to improve user adoption and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for customers throughout implementation projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
- Provide post-implementation support by assisting with troubleshooting and service requests.
- Create and maintain training materials and educational resources.
- Manage multiple implementation projects while maintaining excellent customer communication.
- Travel to customer sites to conduct training, support implementations, and assist during system launches.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred; experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will also be considered.
- Acute care clinical experience required.
- Previous experience training, mentoring, onboarding, or educating healthcare staff is highly preferred.
- Customer-facing, consulting, implementation, or sales support experience is a plus.
- Comfortable learning and teaching new healthcare software and technology platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Onsite training in Littleton during the first three months.
