Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
• May be a good fit for those independently licensed and living in Arizona as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Arizona — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly

Qualifications

• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Skills

• Independent licensing and practice in Arizona
