About the role
Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in College Station, Texas. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Help clients achieve measurable progress.
- Work independently as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Texas.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Texas — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients
- Confident working with modern clinical technology

Pay
Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
