About the role
Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in McKinney, Texas. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
- Offer a variety of services including couples and children.
- Work independently as a licensed clinician in Texas (LCSW).
- Be available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
- Use modern clinical technology such as telehealth and EHR tools.
- Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
- Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Requirements
- Independently licensed LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children
- Confident working with modern clinical technology
- Good teammate with a positive attitude

Pay
Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full-time clinicians are eligible for flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
