Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Work independently as a licensed LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Virginia.
• Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Work collaboratively with health systems and primary care providers.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Virginia.
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Pay

Up to $103,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full-time clinicians are eligible for flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
