• Documents timely and relevant information in patient medical records.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Relevant clinical experience in a medical setting
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license required
