About the role
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Clinical Social Worker at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessment, counseling, psychotherapy, education and referral services to individuals and families.
- Support employees with full complement of benefits including PTO and paid federal holidays.
- Work Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- State License: Hold a clinical Social Worker license from any US State.
- Experience: A minimum of two years’ full-time experience in care coordination, discharge planning or case management in a medical setting within the last four years.
- Education: A Doctorate or Master's degree is valued.
