Clinical Social Worker

About the role

This position is located within the Division of Depression and Anxiety Disorders at The McLean Hospital Corporation, a part of Mass General Brigham. It serves adults in acute crisis with a range of psychiatric conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Engage in family work
• Collaborate with both internal teams and community providers
• Deliver patient-centered interventions
• Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients' medical or physical condition
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Experience in a medical setting (0-1 year required)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license upon 1 year of hire if hired as MSW

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent crisis intervention skills
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well collaboratively and independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of community resources and the aging process

Skills

• Formulation of biopsychosocial assessment, disposition, and treatment plans
• Documentation of psychosocial treatment plans
• Interpersonal collaboration in a medical setting

$58,136.00 - $84,656.00/Annual
