Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams
- Oversee grant applications and management
- Support event planning and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Knowledge of donor acquisition and retention strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
