Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams
• Oversee grant applications and management
• Support event planning and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations
• Knowledge of donor acquisition and retention strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
