Responsibilities The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivery, and evaluating training programs for healthcare professionals, with a focus on clinical skills and competencies. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to enhance clinical skills and competenciesCollaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirementsDesign engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops, to facilitate effective learning experiencesDeliver training sessions in various formats, such as in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching, ensuring content is delivered effectively to meet diverse learning stylesEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve training programs based on results and participant feedbackProvide individualized coaching and support to healthcare professionals to address performance gaps and enhance clinical competenciesStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare education and training, and incorporate relevant updates into training programsCollaborate with other departments, such as HR, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational objectives and prioritiesMaintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes to track progress and compliance with regulatory requirementsAct as a resource and mentor for new hires, providing guidance and support to facilitate their integration into the organization Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical practice3 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or clinical instructionStrong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practicesExcellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learnersProficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theoryEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Certification in healthcare education or training (e.g., Certified Healthcare Trainer) Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
